We offer product replacement under the conditions below.

Eligible for Return & Exchange

A return is allowed only if:

• the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, AND
• the customer contacts us within 48 hours of delivery.

Conditions

• Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase and photos/videos of the issue are required.
• After verification, we will arrange a replacement product.

Not Eligible for Return

• Opened or used products
• Products damaged due to mishandling
• Product dissatisfaction due to personal taste or preference

Replacement Timeline

• Once approved, replacements are shipped within 3–7 working days.
